We will not publish links to
gaming/gambling/adult sites. If you register a site which falls into these
categories or which at our discretion is NOT suitable for Bike-UK, we will
NOT accept your registration.
Suitable businesses will have links with, or provide
services to the motorcycling
community within the United Kingdom. If you are unsure, please contact
us before registering.
Banner Ads will be placed in the appropriate category page
and where applicable the appropriate county page.
You will receive 2 permanent placements within Bike-UK
directory. Banner/Image ads are displayed on the right hand bar. Prices
are per annum (for a permanent placements for 12 months).
Positioning and placements within the specified area will
be published on a first come, first served basis - i.e. register first and
you will get a top placement.
Subject to availability we reserve the right to
temporarily disallow placements on certain pages. Currently we are
offering placements on all main category and regional listing pages. Any
changes to this will be published here.

format (static or animated banners are accepted).

Step 3.
Make your payment via paypal by clicking the correct link below.
We will confirm your registration within 48 hours and publish
your banner within 7 days and send a receipt for 12 months advertising once your
details have been published.
Please note: We will not publish links to

refund your payment less the standard paypal administration fee's which we have
been charged.

Bike UK is a directory
service. All enquiries are made directly to the advertisers and no
liability will be taken for misuse of any contracts entered into between our
users and advertisers.

An advertiser is any person or business who has
paid a fee to have their details published within the Hartside.com Network.

, www.bike-uk.net

A user is any person who uses the Bike UK or
Hartside Directory to find with the intent to contact an advertiser within the
sites.

While we take every care to ensure that the standard of the
website remains the
highest possible, the Internet is not a stable medium and errors, omissions and
interruptions may occur at any time. hartside.com, nor any of its can not give
any representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness and/or
reliability of any content on this Website.

responsibility for errors/omissions or incorrect information in individual
advertisements. Advertisers agree by our Terms and Conditions that information
is correct at the time of submission, and to contact hartside.com with any
changes to details or circumstances which may affect the accuracy of published

display an advertisement and shall not be held liable for any error for which
it may be responsible.

Hartside.com reserves the right to determine
the size and placement of all banner advertisements.
- By making your payment for your banner advertising, you are agreeing to
the terms and conditions for Banner Advertising within the Bike Stay directory
for a minimum term of 12 months.
Payment
Payment must be made prior to your advert being published. You will be
notified by email within 21 days of the date of publication, and within 30
days of expiry. If renewal payments are
received later than 30 days after the due date we reserve the right to
charge you an additional processing fee.
Payment is accepted in UK Pounds Sterling, Euro, US Dollars and Australian
Dollars, by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order, Bankers Draft and online by
Debit or Credit card via Paypal.
At the end of your subscription period, you will receive a renewal notice
and invoice for the forthcoming year, should you wish not to renew for
another year, please let us know.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription within 30 days of the date of publication
at Hartside.com.
Cancellation must be received in writing, either by post, telephone or by
email to register@hartside.com and we will refund your subscription fee LESS
any processing charges made by our banks or associated financial parties.
Should you wish to cancel after 30 days from the date of publication, you
may be liable to pay the minimum subscription charge, regardless of any
add-ons.
Information Supplied
Hartside.com will take no responsibility for publishing incorrect
information which you have submitted to us. Please notify us at the earliest
opportunity if there has been an error in your submitted details.
By submitting advertisements you should be aware that there are no copyright or
ownership restrictions other than your own. You must agree that you know not
of any copyright restrictions on submitted photographs and images. Any
photographs/adverts that you send, you agree that we may publish them on our
website. Should a copyright infringement be brought to our attention we will
remove the imagery until the conflict has been resolved or replacement
provided.

information in individual advertisements. Advertisers agree upon submission
that information is correct at the time of submission,
and to contact hartside.com with any changes to details or circumstances
which may affect the accuracy of published information.
Privacy
We will not provide your contact details for banner advertising on to any third party
unless required to do so by law.
